At StrideSafe, we want you to feel confident with every purchase. That’s why we offer a 60-day return policy to give you peace of mind. On this page, we explain how you can return a product and how refunds are handled.

Return Shipping Cost

If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.


60-Day Return Policy

You have the right to cancel your purchase within 60 days from the date you received your order.

Conditions for an accepted return:

  • The product is unused and in resellable condition

  • All accessories and any original packaging are included

  • The return is made within 60 days of receipt


How to Return a Product

  1. Contact us by email at stridesafecontact@gmail.com and provide your order number.

  2. Briefly describe why you wish to return the product.

  3. We will send you clear instructions for the return process.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. We always recommend a trackable shipping method.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return:

  • The refund will be issued to the same payment method used for the purchase.

  • The processing time is usually up to 14 business days from the approval of the return.

  • Additionally, your payment provider or bank’s own processing time may affect the total time until you see the refund.


A Return Will Not Be Accepted If

  • The product has been used, damaged, or the original packaging is missing

  • The product is a custom-made or personalised item (unless it is defective)

  • The required documentation for the return is missing


Defective or Incorrect Product

If you received a defective or incorrect product:

If the claim is approved, we will cover the return shipping costs and offer either a replacement product or a full refund.


Uncollected Parcels

For parcels that are not collected and are returned to us, we charge a €15 handling fee to cover shipping and handling costs.

Exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Products that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons if the seal has been broken
